Every Day is the Day

Some days are better than others, no? Of course. Some days we need that extra push to get out there and get going. But remember that every day that's a running day is a GOOD DAY. And today is the day to make it a GREAT DAY!! I did 3 9:50 miles this morning - which felt great - and am tempted to get on that ole' treadmill and do a second workout this afternoon. We'll see...

Here's today's installment of inspiration for perspiration: "Me and Running don't always see eye to eye. Some days it hurts more than others. But it doesn't mean I don't do it. I deal with it and keep running because NOT EVERYTHING THAT IS GOOD FOR YOU ALWAYS FEELS GOOD FOR YOU. EVERY DAY IS THE DAY."
