Some days are better than others, no? Of course. Some days we need that extra push to get out there and get going. But remember that every day that's a running day is a GOOD DAY. And today is the day to make it a GREAT DAY!! I did 3 9:50 miles this morning - which felt great - and am tempted to get on that ole' treadmill and do a second workout this afternoon. We'll see...
Here's today's installment of inspiration for perspiration: "Me and Running don't always see eye to eye. Some days it hurts more than others. But it doesn't mean I don't do it. I deal with it and keep running because NOT EVERYTHING THAT IS GOOD FOR YOU ALWAYS FEELS GOOD FOR YOU.
