Speed Racer

"Here she comes, here comes speed racer..." Well, not exactly. Speed is not my thing. Or, more accurately, it's my thing the first mile, then it's slowly downhill from there. So today I decided to work on speed. I did 3 x 1 mile repeats @ 9:13 per mile (6.5 on my treadmill), with a 1/4 mile walk in between each mile. The last mile was killer. And it was a painful way to burn over 700 calories this morning. But on the bright side, I worked off that delicious Panera Panini from yesterday's lunch! :)
